The Data Mapper Model addresses the translation problem between healthcare data standards. Instead of maintaining hand-built crosswalks between each pair of formats, the model synthesizes mappings across standards, and it does so bi-directionally, so data can move into a target standard and back out without a second, separately maintained pipeline. It runs in production inside Axiomera.
